THE VISION

My vision is to empower every nursery, school  and college with the specialist expertise and unwavering confidence,  so that every child with physical disability or complex medical need doesn't just attend school, but feels like they belong there. A world where the school community see beyond the diagnosis and everyone can reach their personal potential.

Perhaps a world like Transcendia City.  In 3026, the city of Transcendia didn’t just work—it cared. When J rolled out of his front door, the school bus sensed him and opened like it had been waiting just for him. His chair clicked into the magnetic dock beside his friends, their height adjustable seats lowering to meet his eyes. For J, this wasn’t a rare accommodation. It was normal. It was dignity.....

PRINCIPLES

1. Inclusion Beyond the Diagnosis

  • Action: Look past clinical labels to dismantle physical and systemic barriers.
  • Impact: Focus on actual access, belonging, and daily participation for disabled youngsters.
  • Goal: Create a world with zero barriers where true inclusion is the default standard.

2. Radical Generosity & Shared Growth

  • Action: Keep pricing highly affordable and share practical, time-saving tools openly.
  • Impact: Eliminate high paywalls and break down professional isolation for busy SENDCos.
  • Goal: Fuel the Side Hustle SENDCos community so everyone can share the "one good book" in them.  SEE FB GROUP BELOW

3. Grounded Optimism

  • Action: Maintain a fierce "can-do"  attitude while fully respecting strict medical protocols.
  • Impact: Acknowledge the fear around complex health needs without letting it block a child's access.
  • Goal: Lead with the social model of disability, proving that safety and inclusion can co-exist.

4. Curious Persistence

  • Action: Follow up relentlessly and refuse to let children fall through the cracks.
  • Impact: Connect the dots across fragmented health and education systems.
  • Goal: Keep the momentum moving because stuff only happens when somebody refuses to drop the ball.
